- Defeat all bosses in the Dominion Tower
- Complete all Dominion Tower achievements
- Complete all achievements and unlock the Achieved title
- Complete all Newcomer quests from the BlissScape guide
- Catch all the legendary fish and unlock the Legendary title
Trimmed completionist cape requirements
- Complete all Completionist cape requirements
- Reach at least Prestige 1 in all skills
- Purchase all Prestige armor pieces from the Prestige Master, then speak to him whilst having them all equipped and unlock the Prestige Master title
- Unlock the scroll of cleansing from the Dungeoneering reward shop
- Unlock the scroll of efficiency from the Dungeoneering reward shop
- Unlock the scroll of life from the Dungeoneering reward shop
- Unlock all rewards from the Artisans’ Workshop
- Purchase a coal bag from the Dungeoneering reward shop and upgrade it with an upgrade kit obtained from the Lava Flow Mine
- Purchase a gem bag from the Dungeoneering reward shop and upgrade it with an upgrade kit obtained from the Lava Flow Mine
- Obtain all four dragonkin journals from the Queen Black Dragon
- Obtain and hatch at least one boss pet egg
- Obtain at least one skilling pet
- Obtain all 53 unique rewards from the Dominion Tower bosses (you don’t have to keep the items, just getting them once as a drop is enough)

Attach the spirit cape from the Dungeoneering reward shop to your completionist cape. After you combine them, the completionist cape gains the spirit cape’s effects.
